You bear full responsibility for your use of the Services, including any contribution you make, and the outcomes that ensue. 2. Third-Party Account Registration
You can register using Third-Party Connect, like Google, Facebook, or Apple, allowing you to sign up with Realry using your chosen account. By doing so, you grant us access to basic information from your third-party account. Please note, we do not control how your data is used by these platforms. Before using these features, review the third-party platform's policies. Realry is not responsible for any actions or policies of third-party platforms.
3. Registration
To use some features such as bookmark on this site, you need to register, but browsing is optional. When you register, you'll need to give your email, username, and password. For certain functions like buying things, you'll need to give your name, address, and credit card details. Make sure all the information you provide is correct and complete.
4. Purchasing Items
If an item is out of stock, inform us via the feedback section or email at support@realry.com. We'll provide a personalized checkout page to order the item(s) through Realry, connecting you with the retailer. Realry partners with renowned global merchants such as SSENSE, Farfetch, Mytheresa and so on. We act as online intermediary to offer you a broad range of fashion items around the world.

At Realry, we streamline your checkout experience, enabling you to acquire a variety of fashion items from numerous fashion sites. To proceed, we require your personal data, shipping, and payment details, which are securely processed through our system. These details are pertinent to Realry Partner Merchants from whom you're making purchases.
Rest assured, your provided data is collected, stored, and processed in compliance with our

6. Payments
Payments on Realry Partner Websites
When you make a payment on one of our partner websites, you can use any card accepted by the site you are purchasing from. To complete your purchase, you’ll need to provide your shopping details, billing information and payment details.

1) Processed by our Partners
When using Realry’s checkout service for payments, you have the flexibility to choose from various payment options, including credit and debit cards. During your first payment through the Checkout process, you'll be asked to enter your shipping address and billing/payment details for the item you're purchasing.
For Realry members, your shipping and billing details will be securely stored, adhering to our Cookie Policy. This allows for seamless future purchases through our Checkout, as your details will be automatically retrieved. However, if you're not a Realry member, you'll need to input your shipping and billing information each time you make a purchase.
2) Storage of your information
If you are Realry member:

When transactions are processed by Paypal, we securely provide them with your card details along with your billing information. All billing and customer data transmitted by Realry are fully encrypted and solely used for processing card transactions initiated by you.

4) Payment Methods
Certain payment methods are not accepted on our platform. Realry Partners may not accept: Cheques or postal orders / Cash in any currency / Purchase orders / International wire transfers / Direct debits or standing orders / Bank transfers
5) Ensuring secure online payments
Regardless of your chosen payment method, please adhere to the instructions provided on the respective checkout page. It's important to note that all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. Should your payment card issuer decline authorization, we cannot be held liable for any resulting delays or non-delivery.
At Realry, we prioritize the security of your transactions. We employ robust measures to ensure our site is secure. Any billing and customer information transmitted through Realry is fully encrypted and utilized solely for processing card transactions initiated by you. However, please be aware that we do not assume responsibility, nor hold liability, for transactions conducted via Paypal checkout or on our Realry Partner websites.
Moreover, we endeavor to uphold the security of your order and payment details to the best of our ability. Nonetheless, in the event of unauthorized access by a third party to any data you provide while accessing or ordering through our Services, we cannot be held liable for any resultant loss, unless due to negligence on our part.
7. Taxes and duties
Orders placed may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and charges. It's important to note that the price of a product may fluctuate at checkout if it becomes subject to any taxes, duties, fees, levies, or delivery charges specific to the country you've designated for order delivery.
Realry endeavors to calculate and include these charges in the total cost of your order wherever feasible. However, in cases where it's impractical for us to determine and apply additional taxes, duties, and charges at checkout, such as customs fees, you may assume responsibility for settling these charges upon receiving your order.
8. Currency Conversion
When placing an order via Realry Checkout from a retailer whose original prices are in a different currency than that of your location, Realry will display prices in the currency relevant to your location. To ensure smooth processing and prevent potential order failure due to real-time currency fluctuations, a small percentage (ranging between 1% and 3%) is added to the total price when calculating the final order price.
In the event of an overpayment during the retailer's processing of the order, the excess amount will be refunded to your original payment method by the payment process provider chosen by the retailer.
9. Accessing the Services
Access to the Services is granted on a temporary basis, and we retain the authority to withdraw or modify the Services without prior notice. We shall not be held liable if, for any reason, the Services become unavailable at any point or for any duration. Our prerogative includes the right to alter, limit access to, or terminate access to the Services at any given time.
Periodically, we may impose restrictions on access to certain parts or all of our Services.
It is your responsibility to make all necessary arrangements for accessing the Services. Additionally, you are accountable for ensuring that all individuals who access the Services through your internet connection are acquainted with these Terms and adhere to them.
10. Realry Rights
Realry holds all rights, including copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, to the Services and the Content (excluding user-provided Content). This encompasses various elements such as information, data, graphics, logos, icons, trademarks, images, and underlying software, which are the exclusive property of Realry and its licensors. The Services and its Content are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and treaties worldwide, with all rights reserved.
The trademark "Realry" is registered to The Real Group Inc. and both the trademark and the Realry logo are our proprietary assets, not to be used without prior written consent. The Terms do not grant you permission to utilize the Realry name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or any other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you offer regarding Realry or the Services is voluntary, and Realry retains the freedom to utilize such input as deemed appropriate, without obligation to you.
You are permitted to print or download extracts from our Services for personal reference, and you may share materials posted on our Services within your organization. However, you must refrain from altering or using any printed or digital copies of materials separately from accompanying text, and you are strictly prohibited from copying any part of the Content to create collections, compilations, directories, or databases without our prior written consent.
Should you copy or download any part of the Services or Content in violation of these Terms, your right to use the Services will be terminated immediately, and you must, at our discretion, either return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
13. Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services
You are prohibited from using the Services:

II. For purposes not permitted by these Terms.
III. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights, privacy, or contractual rights.

V. To harass, intimidate, or threaten other users.
VI. To promote racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm.
VII. To post abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit content.
VIII. To share photographs or images of individuals without their consent.
IX. To promote illegal activities or actions that may cause harm or inconvenience.
X. To tamper with or access non-public areas of the Services or Realry’s systems.
XI. To breach security measures or attempt unauthorized access to user data or systems.
XII. To deceive or defraud other users.
XIII. To introduce malware, viruses, or harmful software.
XIV. To interfere with the access of other users or disrupt the Services' operation.
XV. To copy, modify, or distribute other users' Content without consent.
XVI. For commercial purposes not expressly permitted in these Terms.
XVII. To circumvent measures preventing access to the Services.

Realry retains the discretion to remove or decline the distribution of any Content on the Services, as well as to terminate users or reclaim usernames, at any time. Additionally, Realry reserves the right to access, review, preserve, or disclose any information that it reasonably believes is necessary to: (i) comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; (ii) enforce the Terms, including investigating potential violations; (iii) identify, prevent, or address fraud, security issues, or technical concerns; (iv) address user support inquiries; or (v) safeguard the rights, property, or safety of Realry, its users, and the public.
Except as expressly permitted through the Services or these Terms, users must utilize the Realry API to reproduce, modify, create derivative works, distribute, sell, transfer, publicly display, perform, transmit, or otherwise use the Content or Services.
While we strive to safeguard the security of your Content and account, we cannot guarantee immunity from unauthorized access by third parties. Should you become aware of any compromise or unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
14. Promotions
a) Promotion Terms
Realry periodically introduces promotions, such as discount codes, applicable to purchases made through our Checkout. These terms govern all Realry promotions, with specific conditions provided for each offer. It's important to note that Realry promotions are exclusive to purchases made on our website and cannot be utilized on Retailer Partner websites. Promotional codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and hold no cash value. Realry retains the right to adjust or terminate promotions at our discretion. Refunds for items purchased using promotional offers will be processed excluding the discount amount.
b) Our Partner Promotion Terms
Occasionally, Realry allows customers to participate in competitions and promotions offered by our partners ("Partner Promotions"). These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions provided by the Partner, usually accessible on their website. It's essential to review these terms on the Partner's site. Additionally, Realry may identify certain Partner Promotions as 'ending soon' or as 'limited-time offers,' indicating that the promotion will conclude within the next six days. While we strive for accuracy, it's advisable to confirm the end date by reviewing the Partner Promotions 's terms and conditions directly.
By using a promotional code or participating in a Partner Promotions's promotion on the Realry site, you are agreeing to the terms outlined by the Partner Promotions.
For orders made through a Partner Promotion's website, we will provide a promotional code to be entered at their checkout. It's crucial to input the promotional code correctly to apply any discounts. For orders placed through our Integrated Checkout, where a promotion is indicated, Realry will automatically apply the discount during checkout.
15. Cashback
a) Program Overview
Through the Cashback Program, members can earn cashback on qualifying purchases made using the Realry Cashback Service.
- Eligible members and the applicable cashback rates will be displayed on the website.
- Members can start shopping by setting up a Realry account, and all cashback earnings will be viewable within the account.
- Realry is not responsible for changes or cancellations to cashback programs by partner stores or any impact these changes may have on accumulated cashback balances.
- Similarly, Realry is not liable for changes to coupon codes, discounts, or their effects on cashback balances.
- Realry offers no guarantees on the products, promotions, or events provided by retailers or advertisers. We are not responsible for any aspects of their websites or businesses.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Realry disclaims any express or implied warranties regarding the program and its application.
- Members are solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and any additional costs.
- Realry does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of advertisements from partner stores. We are not liable for damages caused by website errors, interruptions, or access issues related to the Realry program or application.
Eligibility for Participation:
1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. A valid email address is required.
3. Each member is allowed only one account unless otherwise approved.
4. Cookies must be enabled.
b) Suspension or Termination of Participation
1. Realry reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate participation at its sole discretion and may suspend or invalidate any rewards or pending rewards that have not been successfully redeemed.
2. Termination may occur for failure to comply with the terms, excessive customer service demands, or misuse of the program's benefits in ways inconsistent with typical user behavior.
3. Realry reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel all or part of the program without prior notice and has no obligation to provide compensation for unpaid rewards.
c) Cashback Rates
1. Cashback rates vary by partner store and are based on internal merchant fees.
2. Cashback rates and payout conditions may change at any time.
3. Cashback is calculated based on the net purchase amount (excluding shipping, taxes, and points/rewards used).
4. Fluctuations in currency exchange rates may affect cashback values.
d) Cashback Calculation and Payment
1. Realry tracks and maintains cashback earnings for members. Cashback is calculated as the retailer's cashback percentage applied to the net sales amount.
2. Payments are made through PayPal.
3. PayPal charges a 0.50% (0.005) fee for international transactions, which will be deducted from the member's cashback balance.
e) How to Accumulate Cashback
1. Start all shopping sessions on Realry by searching for your desired store or using the provided banners.
2. Empty your shopping cart before using Realry to ensure cashback eligibility.
3. Each shopping session only supports one order per store. If making multiple purchases, return to Realry between each order.
4. Always review cashback terms and conditions before shopping.
5. Only use coupons and discount codes provided by Realry.
6. In case of payment failures, re-initiate the payment through Realry.
7. Avoid opening other webpages, links, or social media during Realry shopping sessions to ensure eligibility.
8. Do not click on other advertisements or links on the partner store’s website.
9. Disable ad-blocking software during the shopping session.
Cashback Will Not Be Earned If:
1. Purchases are canceled or refunded.
2. Items purchased are already discounted.
3. Gift cards are used for purchases.
f) When Cashback Becomes Withdrawable
Withdrawal timelines may vary depending on each partner store’s policies.
g) General Terms and Conditions
1. Members must keep their Realry account information up to date.
2. Members are responsible for any taxes related to bonuses or rewards earned through Realry.
3. Realry is not liable for changes made by participating stores.
4. Realry protects personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Cashback rewards may be withheld if fraud, misuse, or spam tactics are detected, such as multiple profiles, false referrals, or unauthorized emails.
6. Realry can terminate accounts and confiscate rewards if fraudulent or misleading behavior is identified.
7. The eligibility of a purchase for cashback is determined solely by Realry. If a retailer fails to report a transaction or withholds payment, Realry reserves the right to cancel the associated cashback.
8. Members may not use paid advertising or promotional methods to earn cashback or referral bonuses, including PPC campaigns or social media ads.
9. Violation of these terms may result in account termination and forfeiture of all rewards.
h) User Conduct
Members agree to:
- Not interfere with or disrupt the services, servers, or networks connected to Realry.
- Avoid using services to manipulate devices for rewards unless explicitly authorized through a written agreement.
- Not copy, trade, or resell services without prior permission.
- Ensure behavior is honest, non-deceptive, and lawful when using the platform.
Prohibited Actions:
1. Accessing services through unauthorized means.
2. Sharing accounts with others.
3. Using false identities, VPNs, disposable phone numbers, or fake credentials to bypass restrictions.
4. Submitting false or misleading personal, payment, or other information.
5. Posting spam, misleading links, or referral links excessively.
6. Soliciting personal information from other members.
7. Abusing support channels or making false claims for rewards.
8. Submitting fraudulent or falsified documents as proof of eligibility.
9. Exploiting bugs or system errors. Any discovered issues must be reported to the appropriate support team.
Realry reserves the right to issue warnings or terminate accounts without notice if these terms are violated. Access to the platform may be suspended or terminated at any time for any reason.
16. Sanctions
Realry adheres strictly to all relevant South Korea and US sanctions laws in alignment with our comprehensive sanctions policy.
17. The Services Are Available "as-is"
Your access to and use of the Services or any Content is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Services is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Without limiting the foregoing, REALRY AND ITS PARTNERS DISCLAIM TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS (OTHER THAN FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION), GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Realry makes no warranty and disclaims all responsibility and liability for the completeness, accuracy, availability, functionality, compatibility, freedom from defects, timeliness, security, performance, availability, or reliability of the Services or any content thereon. Realry will not be responsible or liable for any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services, or any Content. You also agree that Realry has no responsibility or liability for the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content and other communications maintained by the Services. Realry makes no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Realry or through the Services, will create any warranty not expressly made herein.
We do not provide any warranty or representation that the Services are free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties. You use the Services at your own discretion and risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer, mobile device or network that results from your use of the Services. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Services or to your downloading of any Content posted on it, or on any website or application linked to it.
We are not liable to you for any inability to access the Services at any time, for any reason (including but not limited to any planned or unplanned downtime, or any outages on networks (including mobile networks) or when you are not in an area supported by mobile coverage).

REALRY AND ITS PARTNERS DISCLAIM, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS (EXCEPT FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION), GUARANTEES, OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Realry does not warrant or assume any responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, availability, functionality, compatibility, absence of defects, timeliness, security, performance, or reliability of the Services or any content therein. Realry will not be liable for any damage to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm resulting from your use of the Services or any Content. Additionally, Realry bears no responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, or transmission of any Content or communications via the Services. We make no guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or operate without interruption, securely, or error-free. Any advice or information obtained from Realry or through the Services will not create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
We do not warrant that the Services are free from viruses or other destructive properties. Your use of the Services is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer, mobile device, or network resulting from such use. Realry will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by distributed denial-of-service attacks, viruses, or other harmful materials that may infect your equipment, programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the Services or downloading of any Content.
We are not liable for any inability to access the Services at any time, for any reason, including planned or unplanned downtime, network outages (including mobile networks), or when you are not in an area with mobile coverage.
19. Limitation of Liability

Realry, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, shall not be held liable for:
(i) Loss of profits, sales, or contracts;
(ii) Loss of income or revenue;
(iii) Loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation;
(iv) Loss or corruption of data or information;
(v) Loss of anticipated savings;
(vi) Wasted management or office time; or
(vii) Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
Arising from or related to:
(i) Your access to or use of the Services;
(ii) Delays in using or the inability to access or use the Services;
(iii) The fulfillment of your orders from our Realry Partners, including but not limited to delivery, exchange, return, or refund of items purchased from Realry Partners;
(iv) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct;
(v) Use of any content, information, products, or services obtained through the Services; or
(vi) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content,
Whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of loss or damages.
In the event of liability, our total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed $100 US.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or limit our liability for personal injury, death, negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.

20. Your Liability

We expressly disclaim all relevant conditions and warranties, whether express or implied, and other terms that might be implied by statute, common law, or equity regarding any liability claimed by you in relation to such suspension, withdrawal, or amendment, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Upon termination of these Terms (for any reason), all licenses and rights granted to you concerning the Services will immediately cease.

Realry’s failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be valid and enforceable.
23. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
Any claim related to your use of the Services will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Korea courts. These Terms and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of South Korea.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Realry concerning the Services, superseding any prior agreements. Except for affiliates of Realry, no other entity is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
You acknowledge that your acceptance of these Terms is not based on any representations beyond what is expressly stated herein.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to achieve the intended purpose within legal limits. Any dispute should be first addressed directly to us, and we encourage alternative dispute resolution methods.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our rights under them.
The license for the Services is personal to you and may not be transferred. We reserve the right to transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party while ensuring your rights remain intact.
These Terms do not establish a partnership or agency relationship between you and Realry. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.
Realry may update these Terms, and the latest version will be available on our website. Material revisions will be notified via email. Your continued use of the Services after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
