original order was faulty, and the filter provided leaked. Had to order a replacement but I had to pay shipping on it. This order was for a normal filter replacement. Everything is fine.

-Pleased with the filter assembly in general. Filter specifications fulfill my needs. From a mounting design perspective, if the mounting screws were located on the top of the manifold assembly, in my opinion it would improve keeping the manifold tight to the wall. The current design, with mounting screw location below the manifold puts the load above the screws. The thin plastic flexibility and weight of the filters allows the manifold to tip away from the wall and is not a solid mounting design. -Upon installation, the brass water supply tee fitting supplied was defective and leaked. The tee fitting is a two piece design where the stem for the swivel end is pressed or soldered into the body of the fitting. This is where the fitting leaked. I had to go to Home Depot and buy a $10 dollar tee fitting of the same specifications. -I found it disappointing that the filter manifold should be replaced after 5 years. This was communicated in the owners manual. Unfortunately I didn’t download and read the manual before making my purchase. It would be nice to see this information up front with the marketing or features and benefits information.

Install instructions we're not easy to follow. Having to build out the wall to support the pre and post filters and the UV filter made install complex. Not including the parts needed to connect the UV filter was annoying. I will have to wait and see if the filter system actually improves my water quality.

The filters that were delivered did not work. Shipping wasn't cheap and it took way too long. When I tried to call them, they only have sales staff working on Saturdays and couldn't take my call to offer support, so I wasted another 30 minutes troubleshooting and figuring out that their replacement filter was faulty.
