The Gel-NYC 2.0 SHSHS is shaped by New York City’s everyday architecture, drawing from the textures and structures that quietly define the city. Developed with HAL STUDIOS, the layered upper reflects steel frameworks, worn brick, and concrete surfaces, translated through mesh and bold synthetic overlays. The sharp yellow and black palette references the energy of early ’90s New York, specifically nodding to Wu-Tang Clan’s 36 Chambers, where music and place are inseparable. Anchored by visible GEL cushioning, the silhouette balances cultural weight with ASICS’ technical running heritage. * ASICS Gel-NYC 2.0 SHSHS * Mesh upper with layered synthetic overlays * Structured midfoot support system * Visible GEL cushioning in heel and forefoot * Foam midsole for everyday comfort * Durable rubber outsole
