Lidia Bastianich 6.8-Quart Stainless Stockpot with Colander Insert Inspired by stockpots that restaurants use, but imbued with Lidia's personal touch of style, this stockpot is generously sized with a 6.8 qt. capacity, but not so large it's cumbersome. Crafted from sturdy and nonreactive stainless steel, with an impact bonded disc base, it's safe for use on all stovetops, including induction. The hollow handles flare out from the side and are riveted on securely. The exterior features Lidia's signature patterns, while the inside is handsome brushed stainless steel. That interior is impervious to acidic foods such as tomatoes, cabbage, and beets. And, as an added feature, Lidia designed a stainless-steel footed colander, with a pail handle, that nestles inside the stockpot, so it can act as a steamer, a pasta cooker or simply for storage. All of this is visible through a tempered glass lid with stainless rim, steam release vent and wide knob handle with Lidia's Logo prominently featured on the top.
