Lunar New Year is approaching on January 29, and fashion brands are kicking off celebrations, starting with Gucci. The House has unveiled its “Year of the Snake” campaign featuring global ambassadors Ni Ni and Xiao Zhan, honoring tradition and the symbolic renewal the snake represents.

Creative director Sabato De Sarno highlights themes of family, festive rituals, and togetherness through a heartfelt portrayal of two families’ bonds.

“The serpent, a deep-rooted Gucci motif, is elegantly paired with agility in this adorable collection. The campaign’s reunion story conveys warm, festive wishes,” shares Ni Ni.

Xiao Zhan adds, “The collection showcases exquisite craftsmanship, blending festive spirit with modern aesthetics. It’s a joy to bring the warmth of reunion to this special moment.”

The collection celebrates the snake’s elegance through bold colors, intricate silk threads, and snake-inspired details, including a serpent-print insole on Gucci’s Signoria Slingback Pumps.
