Over the past 20 years I have bought multiple TV’s, computers, appliances and other electronic equipment at Best Buy. It was my go to, for its convenience and customer service. I am a Total member.More recently this has sadly changed. Most recently I ordered some Ring cameras online when they were on sale. I inadvertently ordered white cameras instead of black (both were the same price). Upon realizing the error I tried to make a simple exchange for the black color. Although they were willing to accept the return, they want charge me the current price to make the exchange (again both colors are priced identically). This seems ridiculous to me. They certainly will be losing my customer loyalty. Time to move on.

Bought an 85" samsung tv a week ago, was supposed to be delivered by 11am yesterday, we called and were told we were 5th delivery, so by 7pm. Called back later and l/m, no one called us and after 3 more messg's we finally heard back 3pm that they weren't going to make that delivery, but would be out two days later in the morning. By the next day, the order still showed as needing to reschedule but wouldn't allow us, after 3 more messages and one disconnect when I asked for the store mgr. (you only get remote assistance), I got to the driver who said he would be out in two days. I asked why it doesn't show that online, he said he's been busy but would get it updated. I asked why, if I bought it again, it says I can have it delivered tomorrow, he said that's up to me if I want to cancel (system won't let me) and have it scheduled sooner. Again, I tried to get to mgmt and no one answers at the local store. I won't buy from BB again, it's just not worth the hassle.
