Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese has the taste of cheddar cheese tempered by the mild butteriness of parmesan, with a texture similar to cheddar. Natural and Healthy Cheese This cheese is a good source of protein and of calcium when it is eaten in moderation. Dubliner cheese is a healthy choice because it is all-natural and created with milk from grass-fed cows. The milk is rBGH-free. Pairings for Kerrygold Dubliner Kerrygold cheese has a wonderful flavor that can be enjoyed out of hand. It also pairs well with assorted fruits, bread or crackers as part of a cheese plate. As for beverages to accompany it, a Zinfandel wine or a Guinness beer brings out the subtle flavors of the cheese. It can also be grated or crumbled to melt over steamed vegetables or put on top of a pasta dish. The robust flavor of the Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese tastes great on a lunchtime sandwich as well. Aged Cheese Not all cheeses are aged. For example, mild cheeses like ricotta are eaten fresh. However, the aging process allows the enzymes in the cheese to change the texture and enhance the flavors. The longer a cheese ages, the more sharp or robust the flavor.
