No stranger to cranberry goodness, Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce adds a little something extra to your holiday meal or any time of the year. Put this sweet and tangy canned cranberry sauce to use as once-a-year comfort food or a regular treat. This jellied cranberry sauce is perfect to create new mealtime traditions. Where Do Ocean Spray Cranberries Come From? Every autumn, Ocean Spray cranberries reach their peak of color and taste and are ready for harvesting. Ocean Spray growers then begin to pick millions of pounds of cranberries, deep in crimson color and bright with juicy flavor. You can find our cranberry farms all over North and South America, from Massachusetts to New Jersey, Oregon to Washington, Wisconsin, parts of British Columbia and Quebec, and Chile. When you choose Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce, you are choosing cranberries from an experienced and family-operated company. The Best Way to Serve Cranberry Sauce There are two ways we like to serve jellied cranberry sauce. First, you can slice the sauce into rounds and lay them on a dish with your preferred garnish. Serve it at room temperature or chill it in the fridge until mealtime. Secondly, you can cook it down in a saucepan to create a cranberry sauce. Add the jellied cranberry along with the juice and zest of two oranges for the extra citrusy zing. Simmer it for approximately 10 minutes, let it cool, and either serve it at room temperature or chilled. If you have any extra sauce, create a sandwich completely from leftovers. We prefer sliced turkey, melted brie and a thin layer of cranberry sauce on toasted bread.
