Arrived very quickly (from Europe to US), and returns are luxury-level easy. I didn't return my purchase but was happy to see a printed adhesive return label inside the box and the opportunity to arrange a pickup. Was obviously beautifully packaged (but this is kind of table stakes).

Online shopping was good, the “Express” shipping wasn’t seamless. I was supposed to receive my order on Friday, July 12, but it was delayed. Even when it arrived in US, the parcel carrier didn’t deliver until after the estimated delivery window on Monday, July 15. I had to go to the FedEx warehouse in the evening to pick up my order myself, because I didn’t want to miss my delivery again at the later date.

I am currrntly awaiting the arrival of some items.. I actually have two separate orders. One was suppose to arrive on Friday. I didn’t receive it. I will assume it has a lot to do with the holiday. I will give more feedback as things develop. Thanks

Great Transaction I received my order pretty fast; sooner than promised. It was my first time ordering from 24S.com. Although nervous there would be an issue with the item or delivery, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Marc Jacobs The Tote Bag crossbody in the color cobalt. I noticed a nick in the leather on the front of the bag. I considered returning, but I am hoping the nick does not turn into a long tear. Because of the nick, I did not give 5 stars. With reluctance, I am keeping the bag because I really like it and the color is beautiful. Also, I wonder if the bag had been returned before, because it arrived with the crossbody bag inside of the dust bag instead of dust bag wrapped in plastic inside of the crossbody bag. Great transaction.

My package was sent from 24s without the proper documents so it got denied by customs when entering the US. It got shipped back to 24s, but I have not been refunded yet.
