Crazy that I have to say this but the item I received looks the same in person as it does in the picture. I cannot say this about a lot of other places I have ordered online from. The coat I ordered arrived much faster than I expected and was very nicely wrapped and packed to protect it. 5 stars all the way.

Would like to exchange an item - but can't do it by return mail. The purchase price was lower if purchasing 2 of the same item - so if I return and reorder the purchase price will increase.
Other stores will let one reorder on the return form. Would be nice if R&G would do this.

Great polo shirts. Only giving a 4-star because the sizing is a bit small. My husband always wears an xl or xxl, but we had to reorder a xxxl.

Disappointed that the moleskin fabric of the jeans is so thin. My old pair was made of thick 100% cotton, great for winter.

They send me this review link for a sweater that I ordered eight days ago, but I don’t have it and I was never sent a shipping link. There’s no option to see my order status. I’m going to wait for a while and call I guess but so far, it’s a subpar online shopping system. If the sweater is good I’ll try to go through a retailer next time.
