Nothing quite worked this time, but love the variety and the detail available on the website, particularly photos of models in the clothing and the videos of them wearing the items. Thank you!

Sizes of clothes vary wildly. I wouldn’t trust the size matcher. Everything seems to run small.

I ordered shoes for my husband and only one came in bag NO BOX just on right shoe SMH

The site doesn't give measurements in the product information only sizes such as US 4 or 6. I wouldn't be as annoyed if they did exchanges but they do not. I will not be purchasing from this company again due to how inconvenienced I have been. The dress I bought was $115. A little white lacy dress for my wedding and I got it discounted by being a first time customer. I used their size assistant which asks questions such as "are your hips average". It recommended a US size 4 which at most stores is my size. When it arrived I tried it on and it was too small not like majority of size 4 dresses I have worn I would say it was closer to a normal size 2 and very tight in the hip area. I make the return and place the order for the next size available the US size 6. Because I was no longer a newbie I had to pay the non discounted price of $130ish which annoyed me. I received that dress and tried it on and it was shocked to find that the quality seemed to have dropped from the first dress. It was thinner and more see through and I felt did not measure of to the price. Now not only was I dissatisfied with the quality but the dress was still too small. Too tight in the hips and now too big in the chest. I am now having to return the second dress I have purchased from them all because they don't put measurements in the product details and I feel as though my time has been waisted and this could have been avoided. Not to mention the only UPS drop off point I can use to make these returns are 45 mins away from my house. I wouldn't have gone to all this trouble but I really liked the dress design and wanted it to work out.
