Multi‑Functional Recessed Connected Media Box with Magnetic Cover (Without Power)
Professional In‑Wall Solution for Concealing Connections and Devices

The Multi‑Functional Recessed Connected Media Box with Magnetic Cover is designed to provide a clean, organized, and secure in‑wall solution for managing TV connections, media devices, and structured wiring. Built with versatility in mind, this recessed media box is ideal for installations behind flat‑panel TVs, entertainment centers, and connected home systems where a streamlined appearance and reliable cable management are essential.
Featuring included mounting brackets, the Recessed Connected Media Box securely holds the Samsung® One Connect Box or other compact TV power sources, ensuring your components remain firmly in place. To further enhance device stability, the kit comes with two 30‑inch hook‑and‑loop fasteners that allow you to strap equipment tightly to the brackets. This prevents shifting components and creates a dependable mounting environment for sensitive electronics.
For connectivity and expansion, this media box includes two large knockouts for easy access to USB ports, allowing direct connection of accessories without removing the device. Additionally, multiple knockouts accommodate conduits up to 2 inches in diameter, ensuring maximum flexibility when routing HDMI, Ethernet, coaxial, and other low‑voltage cabling. The design also includes knockouts for a single‑gang J‑box power module, allowing integrators to adapt to a wide range of installation needs.
The box's standard 1" x 6" hole pattern provides compatibility with commonly used mounting accessories, while its ability to mount either to the front or inside of wall studs ensures adaptability to various construction scenarios. Once installed, the box sits flush with the wall, creating a discreet, low‑profile solution that blends seamlessly into residential or commercial environments.
The magnetic vented cover adds both functionality and elegance. It attaches securely with a strong magnetic connection, allowing quick and easy access to the interior for cable adjustments or device maintenance. When closed, the cover maintains a clean, unobtrusive appearance, concealing cables and devices for a polished, minimalist look. Its removable design ensures service and upgrades are effortless, giving installers and homeowners alike convenience without compromising style.
Engineered with performance and safety in mind, the Recessed Connected Media Box includes an open trim ring that promotes airflow, preventing heat buildup and extending the life of connected components. This thoughtful feature makes it especially well‑suited for high‑demand entertainment systems or connected smart home hubs.
