I misplaced or didn’t receive the extra crystals for the $6000 Pamella Roland dress I purchased and neither Bergdorf Goodman or Pamella Roland is helping me!! Buyer beware. No customer service options from either. Customers don’t count for anything anymore.

Ordered shoes twice for local NYC delivery by messenger. I NEVER RECEIVED EITHER ORDER after they were shipped. Something fishy is going on with this store & the courier service. Never shopping there again!

Inventory management is a joke. I have placed three different orders that take 1-5 days to process, only to be cancelled because they didn't actually have the item in stock? Obviously a nepotism hire because this level of incompetence just doesn't occur in the professional world.
