I had Ugg rewards I wanted to get best bang for my buck. Thus I chose Tasman slipper in white and chose to deliver to store in Ontario Mills. They were really nice and efficient they even put my purchase in a bag. It was a bonus. The shoe is comfortable but it has room for the inserts I might just find my ankle pads instead.

I ordered the short boot in size 9M. The shaft was too tight. Then I ordered size 10. The shaft fit great but the shoe size was too big. Then I ordered the the Ainsley in size 9M. Too tight. There was no 9 1/2 and I am tired of returning so I gave up and sent all three back. FYI - I have owned two pairs of size 9M Ugg high boot for years now. They fit fine. I also own the Ainsley in size 9M. It fits fine. Has Uggs changed anything about their sizing? Why not make half sizes and boots with a wide shaft choice?

I ordered 3 new pairs weeks ago. I have not received them or any correspondence from Postmark. I would expect better. I guess I need to order elsewhere.
