Updated review…. They made it right and provided a credit to my Mr. Porter account.
July 7th review:
I made a purchase on the app and shortly after a few hours an additional promo Flash20 was on the site. I called immediately to have my purchase price adjusted as the item I purchased in the size and color were still available. The rep didn’t understand what I was calling for and was not properly trained. She didn’t process the price adjustment. I then emailed the company requesting the same price adjustment, they didn’t reply back till 15 hours later causing the items to be sold out in the sizes and not being able to process the adjustment. This is upsetting as I called immediately when the promo hit the app and requested the adjustment to be made to my purchase at the time they were still in stock and was refused the proper service.

I love this shop (for the most part). Sale prices are quite enticing. However, I would like to see the products description include the country of origin. (Some items are…when it appears the origin would be a selling factor; but others…the transparency is blatantly missing.) Consistency; please.

My order was fine. I was very disappointed in the packaging. Mr. Porter has dropped the ball in this area. One of the reasons I continue to order is due to the packaging. It has always been nice and neat. This time everything was just thrown in a box. Not the excellence I expect from Mr. Porter.
