This company is terrible. I ordered leather sock boots that didn’t fit at all. Mind you I previously ordered the same boot in brown in the same size from Olivela, which provided excellent service. The boots arrived ahead of schedule and were packaged appropriately. Those boots fit like a glove. Yet, Eraldo was unresponsive at all times. Except, I returned the boots but the company claimed they had no information on their end about my return. Mind you, each time I logged into ERALDO’s system it clearly shown I initiated a return. To make matters worse, ERALDO offers free returns using DHL who picked up the item from my home. I initiated the return pickup through ERALDO’s website as required! So how did DHL receive notice of my return and my request to pick up the boots, but NOT Eraldo! To make matters worse, Eraldo reached out asking for more information after I kept emailing them about my return. I provided a screen shot of my return request on THEIR website and a photo of the DHL driver picking up the package from my house with a zoom in on the shipping labels. Yet, no response. No follow up. This company is a scam.
