Liberty customer service is outstanding. They sent me fabric with glue on it. No muss, no fuss. As soon as I notified them, they sent a whole new shipment. The website has the latest designs and patterns come in many color ways. The selection makes your head spin. But, don’t dawdle. Fabrics sell out superfast and once they’re gone-they’re gone. Free shipping once you reach a certain amount. Unless it’s a classic, they don’t sell out-of-print designs.

I have had several orders with Liberty of London over the past six months. I find their customer service, very helpful and prompt when I do have a question. For the most part, my orders really didn’t require additional assistance. I have ordered jewelry, purses, and some clothing items and everything has been excellent quality. Enjoy the variety of different sales they have throughout the year. I’m very pleased with the variety of payment options available for online purchases. The shipping is quick, arrives safely and in good condition. Recently have even been able to make some purchases in store, which have gone smoothly, I was able to find everything I was looking for both in-store and online. Greatly appreciate the gift certificate program they have for purchases.

i bought fabric and the esther tunic top pattern. the fabric is tana lawn and extremely lovely. the hand is beautiful. the esther tunic top pattern is very nice and goes together well. i wish the instructions were a little more detailed and had descriptions of the pattern variations. i found the description a tad lacking and if you don't already know how to do something like understitching, may be confusing to new sewers.
