My wife and I were visiting Milan and doing some shopping. We saw this Burberry handbag in a department store and she loved it. She commented about the blue and how she just loved "that" shade of blue. She decided not to get the bag. But when we returned that was all she could talk about, is that bag. So, I started my search. I found no such bag in the U.S. so I expanded my search. I found italist.com and did a search, and there it was. I wasn't sure if the shade of blue was right, but I took a chance anyway. I got the bag and gave it to her for Christmas. It was a hit!! Thanks italist.com. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star review was because I think their communication skills lack a little.

I didnt like the delivery process. Tracking said it was delivered but really was delivered to us customs. That needs to be made clear. Outside of the communication with the delivery, the purchase price and product left me very pleased

Love finding beautiful items at a great price. Packaging is usually very good although not always come with designer brand boxes. Shipping and ordering process are easy and speedy. Will definitely shop here again. One suggestion is to please have partner boutiques make sure pictures or descriptions are accurate, if shown on a model would be helpful to mention the size model is wearing.

This was my first experience shopping on Italist and I have to say it was excellent. I fell in love with a Ferragamo bag that I had seen in-store, but I thought to check Italist before buying knowing they have the best prices on the market for designer goods. I'm happy I did because I ended up saving $500 and the bag was delivered in 2 days! My only critique is that when I searched the bag on Italist there were a lot of listings with the same name but different measurements. I had to cross-reference the bag size with what was on the Ferragamo site to ensure i was ordering the correct one.

I purchased multiple items from Italist. They were all shipped in the same box. Two of the them did not fit properly. Instead of allowing me to return them together in the same box, I had to ship them separately. Each box was charged $100 for shipping plus $40 for duty. That’s a very expensive return policy.
