The only issue I had was with the delivery. It was dropped off at the basement door at my mothers house and left sitting outside with no one being given any notice that it was there and it started raining outside before we realized it had been delivered.

Purchased a Scott Living by Restonic 11" Hybrid Firm mattress earlier this year. It was advertised as as firm when I purchase and now a few months later I’m experiencing back problems and the bed has sunk in the middle. Horrible product an definitely not as firm as advertised. My first and last purchase at this store. Hopefully this company can honor a refund given the poor quality of this product.

If I could give less than 1 star I would I’ve had issues with Ashley’s customer service with in store purchases but this issue I recently had tops the cake. I ordered two purple pillows in a king size because I’ve had issues sleeping so I spent almost $500 on the two pillows , it took about 5 days for them to arrive only for them to have sent me standard size instead of queen size when I tried to call customer service they informed me that I not only have to wait 5-7 days for a claim to be submitted and reviewed but if my claim is accepted that THEY messed up, I will have to wait 5-7 business days to receive my pillows as well instead of just shipping out new pillows and having me send the wrong ones back to them. They said due to it being a 3rd party vendor this is the process , there has to be a better way that isn’t so much of an inconvenience on the customer I have spent a lot of money and went through Ashley to try and give them a second chance versus going through purple directly and I’m highly disappointed!

We bought a large dining table, 6 chairs and matching bench. We opted not to take the additional insurance on the table as they informed us they would likely just send a cleaning kit should you spill on the fabric of the chairs, it wouldn't be worth it. Several months later a water glass was spilled on the center leaf of our table, it was promptly wiped up. Later that evening we noticed rippling and a difference in the texture of the center leaf. We contacted customer care regarding the issue; they arranged for a technician to come out to solve the problem. Then the day before the tech was set to arrive they sent an email canceling stating that water damage is not covered. I called to inform them that I understand, however I don't believe this should have happened from a simple water spill. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. I was told to call my local store regarding the issue with the table. We are under the impression that the center leaf of our table was not properly/completely finished, and have been told that this defect is not their concern. I'm extremely disappointed. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have always regarded Ashley Furniture Store as the leading company in furniture and customer service, but after my recent move I do not believe I could ever recommend them again! I thought I found the perfect bedroom set, and while I still believe the furniture to look great from the photos the customer service and no hassle delivery has been abysmal, worse than any other similar furniture stores. After a complete purchase 2 months prior my delivery has yet to come. I am sleeping on the floor with a mattress. The first estimated delivery date was a no show no call. I called customer service who apologized and informed me that although I received the messages for a delivery that day it was sent incorrectly. I had took off from work to be present for the delivery. They informed me that the order is not fully stocked and they would send an incomplete order next delivery date. After receiving the partial delivery the second date, I waited a few more weeks without any correspondence. I called for a third time where I was informed the items of my purchase over a month prior was still not stocked and they would again only send partial items. This was my 3rd day taking off from work for a simple delivery. Had I not called a third time there would have been no delivery or updates. Furniture stores like Bob’s Furniture are more professional with an efficient no hassle delivery systems in place. Disappointed is an understatement.
